Currently miscarrying 💔

I found out i was pregnant about a week ago...today i am having a miscarriage and im so so sad and discouraged! This is my 4th pregnancy and only 1 has been successful (which i am so beyond greatful for every single day) but i cant help but feel so sad and discouraged in myself even though i know that there is mothing i could have done to prevent it from happening 😔 we want to try again so bad , how long should i wait before ttc again? I cant go through this again💔
