Contractions

For the past 30 mins I have had a contraction every 3 minutes that lasts a minute. They come exactly every 3 minutes, I can expect it. But they’re not painful at all, just my belly tightening. Could this just be BH? I’m going to keep timing and see if they get more intense, but I don’t want this to be the real thing and have the baby at home. 😳

Thanks for the advice ladies! I’m resting and drinking water, and they’re now 4 minutes apart, but more intense so now I’m just confused. I’m giving it more time, drinking as much water as I can, and see where it takes me. I’m almost 39 weeks, so I’m ready if he’s ready. 😂
