37 weeks 4 days baby can come anytime 😳

I still have a week left of work before I am leaving for baby but at my appointment yesterday I was dilated to a 4 (last week I was in between a 2 and 3), 70% effaced, and baby’s head has dropped down to a -1. Dr says I’m progressing pretty fast so he could make his grand appearance at anytime. I also haven’t had any contractions so I wasn’t expecting to be dilating like I am. Hoping he stays cooking for a little longer but so ready to hold my little man! Anyone else have similar situation and how long until your baby arrived?
