Fever before bfp?!?

I had a 100 degree fever at 8 dpo yesterday. Today its down to 99.4. Did anyone have this before bfp? I also have
Runny/stuffy nose
Cramps
Achey bbs (not sore to the touch but they ache on the inside?? Its weird.)
Slight nausea
And im trying not to fall asleep as im typing this😴 tiiiired.

Yes I had a hot flush at 10dpo and tested at 13dpo with a strong BFP
