Boobs growing at 21?! Is this normal?

I started wearing bras when I was 13, since then and until I was 18 I had the same bra size. At 17 I went on birth control due to being sexually active and my boobs started developing out of nowhere at 19. I assumed it was because of the birth control, even though I started taking it 2 years beforehand. So in a few months I had to change all my bras twice, I was going mental. They eventually stopped growing and I went from a 34B to a 34D. Well now they started growing again and I literally feel like cutting my tits off!! I have this cute white bra I wore all summer this year with light coloured tops and what not. I went to put it on last week before I left for work and all day I kept having to pull it up because my boobs were literally bursting out of it! If I bent over a bit or moved my nipples would be fully out. I’m getting so frustrated like is it even normal for your boobs to grow at 21?! And before you ask, no I’m not pregnant. I thought of that and I took a test last week. I’m using condoms and birth control so there’s no way I’m pregnant. I’m just getting so annoyed I don’t wanna end up having an E cup or some crazy size like that, I miss my cute B cups ☹️
