Does exercise induce ovulation ?
I’m on CD 14... no sign of ovulation anywhere. Last month I ovulated on cycle day 34.. since getting off birth control 9 months ago my periods have been irregular ever since.
Last month I exercised like 3 days and I ovulated. Might have been a coincidence.. but I was just curious!
