Could I be having a chemical pregnancy ?

BoyMom

I found out I was pregnant Monday. Went to get a sonogram, pat, blood work today. At the sonogram she said they couldn’t see anything. she asked me “you said you got a positive test? Have you confirmed with blood work?” Liiiike 😞 what??? And I got blood work done also and I’ll find out in 1-2 days the results. My last period was May 17-21. I have not started my period since. I thought I was pregnant in June bc I had nausea & I left dizzy a lot. I waited it out and took a blood test in July but it came back negative. In mid July/early August I started taking Balance pills to help regulate my period and maybe help me get pregnant. A lot of things were happening (dad was in hospital & uncle passed away) so we decided to stop trying and I stopped taking the pills. We maybe had sex 3 times in July and this month we haven’t had any. So last week I started to feel like I was going to start my period. Sore breast, cramping that’s it. I took a test for the heck of it because my husband had said my boobs looked bigger and they kinda hurt alitttle more than usual so I took one. I was very surprised it was positive. I’ve read that cramping is normal for about 1-3 days but I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks. Since I also didn’t think there was any possible way that I was pregnant I had been going out and drinking. And one of the nurses said that could also be another reason for the cramps. I’m just terrified that this is a chemical pregnancy since they couldn’t see anything on the sonogram. Could it be a CP even with my sore boobs? I haven’t bleed at all.
