What is this!?!

I’m 33 weeks pregnant.. i have mild irritation along my panty line on the left side. It doesn’t hurt, burn, itch, etc. I honestly don’t even know it’s there because I can barely see it with my belly in the way. I attempted to shave about 10 days ago and I don’t know if the irritation was there when I shaved. I asked my sister to look at it because I felt it and it was inflamed. She says I think that’s herpes. It is right along my panty line where my skin now creases because of weight gain. Advice please??
