I feel played

I met a guy bout a month ago. He said he’s been crushing on me since 2017 and he’s happy ha has finally met me. We had a great start and he made me feel wanted, like I was his gf. He said loves me. We talked about relationships and how his ex gf hurt him. I could relate because I had my own toxic relationships too. A few days ago he started ignoring my messages and one of my friends saw he has a profile on tinder. I sent him messages and he’s not replying. I feel like the whole “relationship” was fake and everything he said was just to lure me in and break my heart, I had fallen for him. This whole feels soo unreal like how can somebody switch up like this. I don’t know how to get over it, I feel like I need answers
