EBF and pumping for a supply

My 4 week old BFs great and is gaining perfect. But when I pump to build a supply for when I go back to work, I’m only getting 2-4oz. And that’s from both breasts. It’s frustrating cause I know the milk is there for her- it’s just not there when I pump.
