Please help 🙏🏼

So i recently married after 7 years of being together with my man! He started the army life this February and graduated AIT last month! We want to move and have our own house but we don't even know from where to start our how to start looking for info. Unfortunately i have to do all of this by myself since he was sent to Hawaii for 3 years. He us trying to find a way to be sent to Kentucky after a year but i need to know how to get housing benefits or where to look at or the names. I'm soooo confuse by everything and the internet is driving me crazy with different topics. Had someone used BAH? How does it work? What do i need? And i know there is another way for people that want to buy a house.. i forgot the name. But please please help me with a little info in where to look at or how to investigate properly.
