Dropping the swaddle
How long did it take for your baby to get used to arms out? He is rolling now so had to drop the swaddle.
Went cold turkey last night and it was awful. Woke up every hour but as soon as I held his arms down he would fall back asleep.
How many nights of no sleep am I up against?? 😭😭
