When did you decide on baby names?

I've never been pregnant but my boyfriend and I have talked about names multiple times and have decided on a name for a girl and boy. That may change though by the time I'm actually pregnant 🤷

A baby isn’t even in the near future for me, but I have a list of baby names I like.

I had a list of names. None of them got used. I got my sons name about a week before he was born. I called him blueberry my whole pregnancy.

My first 2, my mom picked out their names(during my pregnancies) bc I couldn't think of any name that I liked. My 3rd, I picked out while pregnant. Currently ttc my rainbow baby and already have a gender neutral name picked out for him/her. I also have names picked out for the rest of my future children already.

My husband and I are waiting until baby is born, we feel like we cannot decide a name before meeting them in person.

Before we got pregnant we started casually talking about names and we had 5 miscarriages. During those pregnancies we also casually discussed names. During the last one we decided on two names, one boy and one girl. We have a middle name picked for the girl but not for the boy yet.
