No uti no nothing

Today I went to the my doctor on campus (infirmary) for uti like symptoms and discharge. So the results came back and there’s no uti, pregnancy, yeast infection, or bv. She told me that my urine showed protein, so I should drink more water & that maybe it’s a uti trying to form?!!! I’m wondering what could it possibly be. When I got back I went pee twice and there were little specs of blood on the toilet paper. So I’m going to meet with my family doctor tomorrow. What do you guys think it is? 🤔.
