Should I call ?

My blood work on 9/23 showed hcg at 480 and progesterone at 14.2

Today I went to obgyn appointment and she told me my Hcg doubled but they only look at progesterone once so I take it she didn’t look since my 14.2

I just looked at my appointment summary

And my HCG yesterday was 977 and my progesterone is only 9.4 !

I’m absolutely freaking out. I do t o ow if I should call now or wait till morning or what the hell I should do, they told me they didn’t want me under 10 and that’s under 10 and a big drop!
