Subway?
After reading a lot of stuff, people say subway is safe as long as the meat is cooked in the oven/toaster. What I am trying to wrap my mind around is- does listeria travel just by touching the cold deli meat? Say you have a subway employee making a sub for someone. They touch the meat to put on the sandwhich then go on to touch the cheese, lettuce, veggies etc. Yes, they are wearing gloves but wouldnt that then "contaminate" the rest of the stuff on your sandwhich that goes on AFTER you toast it? Am I overthinking this? Lol
