Labor after head drop?

Question

Got an ultrasound today (30wks) and baby is already in Vertex (head down) Position. Ive been feeling lots of pressure on my cervix for a while so im guessing he turned around 27wks.
How long after your baby got into Vertex position (head down) did you deliver? Did you deliver earlier, on time or late?

Our little girl has been head down since 20 weeks. She dropped between 35 and 36 weeks, and I’m about 38 weeks and still pregnant.

Baby has been heads down since 33 weeks and I’m now 38 weeks and still nothing. Not even close to anything. Lol. This guy is staying in until the end.

My baby was head down at 20 weeks. Had him at 37 weeks 4 days due to induction.

My first was head down from early on, stayed that way until I was induced at 40 weeks!
