BLEEDING AND CRAMPING

Hey y’all! I have the Kyleena IUD And have had it since April 2018. I haven’t had a period since June of last year, but the past 3 days I’ve had some cramping and light pink bleeding, not dark at all. It doesn’t feel like a period at all, I’m super gassy and crampy (tmi I’m sorry) my body just feels so weird rn. We had rough sex Monday night and it started soon after that, my IUD strings are in place so I don’t think it’s that.

I’m going to be getting my IUD out soon, being pregnant wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world right now.

What could be going on??
