Nope and not going to.  I know quite a few that have and at least two of them had their cholesterol completely skyrocket.  I'd rather loose weight the good old fashioned way by eating better and being more active.

I did it for eight months a couple of years ago (before I was pregnant or TTC) and I will say it helped me sort out some blood sugar issues i’d had for most of my life (used to get really bad blood sugar headaches but now I don’t anymore even after I went off keto). I would not do it super long term unless a doctor recommended it, but if you’re going to do it, be as healthy as possible. I know people who have done it and used it as an excuse to eat just straight fatty garbage just because it didn’t have carbs. I also cannot stand the “keto culture” and I came across so many people who were just incredibly snooty about it. 
The positives for me were breaking a bad addiction to sugar - I was the kind of person who would eat whole bags of candy in a sitting and had no impulse control, and quitting all that cold/completely helped me kick that, and I’m much better at eating that stuff in moderation if I do. Learning to bake and make stuff with alternative flours also helped me get better at cooking for my little sister who has celiac, so that was a perk! At the end of the day, though, I couldn’t really stay on a diet that wouldn’t let me eat fruit or other healthier carbs, and I gradually phased all those back in. To me, it helped me make some lifestyle changes I had struggled to make, but I wouldn’t stay on the strict no-carb diet long-term unless it was doctor recommended and supervised.

Never. I tried food from the keto diet made from a chef and it instantly made me want to puke. I got a burger right after. Couldn’t bare the thought of my poor stomach digesting that shit☹️. I’m sure it’s for some people, just not me!

My husbands dr recommended he try it for a short time period to help jump start his weight loss. He followed the exact plan the nutritionist written up for him. He DID lose weight on it but he had no intentions of doing it long term.

I will be slowly starting here pretty soon with the help of my dad. He did it and lost 200lbs and is no longer border line diabetic

I was vegan low carb, and it went horribly because keto is a starvation diet & I am way too thin already. I lost my period for 4 months. I mean... didn't miss it... but all my energy and all my body fat was GONE. 
It was very bad for me. I felt horrible the entire time. 
I don't recommend keto or vegan keto, at least the vegan one won't skyrocket your cholesterol, but it's really not good for most people, imo. I basically think it's starving your body and you lose bone & muscle, not just fat. 
Ideally, most people would do something more sustainable, like slow lifestyle changes, not necessarily focusing on weight.
