Graco FastAction Jogger Lx

Does anyone have this stroller? I just got it in yesterday and had some time tonight to put it together. I cannot for the life of me get it to fold up! I’m pulling the strap, doesn’t budge. I tried to hold and pull the handle while pulling the strap, nothing. All I did when I got it was put the wheels and canopy on, everything else was put together. Has anyone had this issue that can help me fix it? Graco isn’t open now until Monday (and I’m impatient lol)
