TMI - I need some advice really bad right now

I’m 14 and every period I have it’s always been Extremely painful so I tried out birth control to see if it would help . So This period has been the exact same but instead I have giant clots way bigger than quarters and I’m wondering if I should go see a doctor the picture will be below if you do want to look and tell your advice . ( I’m a virgin , have never been sexually active )
