Lovenox injection

So my doctor is starting me on lovenox injections monday. I'll ask when I go in but I was just curious for those who had to do these injections during pregnancy did you get induced. My doctors said they will induce me at 39 weeks and your supposed to stop the injections 2 days before delivery but what happens if I go into labor on my own before 39 weeks and Im not able to stop the injections in time.
