I can never get warm

I didn't have this problem with my son. Its been weeks since I have felt warm. Its not cold outside yet where I live and yet I am wearing a hoodie or a sweater with fleece leggings and thick winter socks around my house that is set to 69° F. My SO was just laughing at me for putting my heating electric blanket on my side of the bed and its on high, I'm covered by 2 blankets, 1 being a thick, heavy comforter and my toes are still ice, my legs are cold, the side of my body that is not directly up against the hot blanket is cold. I'm not sick, I don't have a fever and I have been like this for at least 2 1/2 weeks now. Has anyone else ever had this?
