Painful... lump on right side

Good morning ladies. While I'm waiting for my dr office to open, I just wanted to get your opinions.

Yesterday I was having some menstrual like cramping. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it hurt more to sit them to walk or stand. This morning at 5 AM I got up to go to the bathroom. Once I laid back down I started to rub my tummy and noticed this hard lump on my lower abdominal side.

It causes me pain, to turn over while laying down, cough, sneez. Even to get up out of a chair. Should I continue to wait for my dr office to open it go to the ER. I listened to the babies heart beat and it sounded fine, and she's moving quite a bit. But this is worrying me that I've been hurting yesterday.

I'm hoping this is just the baby sitting in a very painful position.
