Wet feeling and needing to pee for 4+ days

AF due tomorrow! I am having a constant feeling of wetness/ sometime coming out from down there for 4+ days. From DPO 8 till today DPO 13! When I check, there is nothing, sometimes just a drop of damp ness. Today I am starting a 24 hours international flight on a window seat! While on the line for boarding i needed to pee 3x time! Why we women need to suffer all of this! Feeling really irritated! Also wearing a pad fearing if AF shows inflight! Urine test for infection negative! Sorry just had to rant!!
