Issues after copper iud

Hey guys, four days ago I got my copper iud inserted and since then I’ve been having some issues... after insertion there were cramps and additional bleeding which I know is normal so I wasn’t too worried. Yesterday I went into our hot tub outside for a while and came back in (thinking back on it now I’m not sure when it was cleaned last time), after showering I went to the bathroom and felt pain/burning while peeing... I thought this could be a uti but I’m not sure, could this have been caused by the chemicals in the hot tub? Anyway, today the pain while peeing has gone away but now instead it hurts to touch my vagina. I also am having the worst cramps I’ve ever experienced... thoughts?
