Congestion while sleeping
Does anyone else have a horrible time sleeping due to being completely congested in the night, but not during the day? Nothing seems to work for me, I’ve tried nasal spray, Sudafed, and a diffuser with eucalyptus... last night was a record night for getting zero sleep and my poor husband suffered due to me also! This is driving me crazy. I am about 22 weeks pregnant. Help!
