Opinions???

Okay so next week I’m going to a fancy place for a fancy dinner for my future sister in laws bachelorette party. We were told to wear black and dress up while she’ll wear white. I just had my second baby almost 5 months ago and I have NOT felt comfortable in my own skin for a while now. Anyway I went and tried on multiple dresses and found one I actually really liked and to my surprise it was one that was more fitted. Can I please have y’alls opinions on my dress with my shoes. Do you think this is fancy? Is it too much or not enough? Also what jewelry?
