Stroller HELP!

Sorry this is long... When I was pregnant, I bought a Safety 1st travel system from BRUS. We got it for a steal for $90 because it was a floor model and the buckle on the stroller was missing. We figured we could easily replace that part, but we never found one that actually worked. My baby is 9-months-old and so we won’t be using the car seat for much longer. I contacted the company for a replacement buckle or harness and come to find out that it is NOT replaceable! The harness won’t even come out so now we have a useless stroller!

They offered to replace the stroller for $55, but I think I want to go with another brand now. We do like the car seat, but I don’t plan on using it again for our next child. I’m not sure if I should buy another whole travel system or just a stroller that could be compatible with multiple car seat brands. (We want more kids soon, but I’m not sure if and when that will happen since I had a hard time TTC). I’m also leaning towards a jogging stroller (with air tires), but I’m not sure which one and whether it will even fit in my car!

Do I go with a more budget-friendly option like Baby Trend or splurge on a Bob? What do you recommend? We already have an umbrella stroller so I’m looking for something full-size.
