What’s going on with me? Breast tenderness, 2 days late, nausea, fatigue, and cramps

I have been having a lot of trouble with my periods lately. I spotted a little yesterday after intercourse. Afterwards all I had was clear white discharge all day. I was suppose to start my period yesterday. For several days now, my breasts have been sore, I’ve been really tired all the time, cramping to the point I can’t stand or walk hardly, and 2 days off from when I normally start.. I get nauseous easily too.. what’s going on with me?

I’ve been disappointed one too many times. Dealing with endometriosis and wanting to be pregnant and stay pregnant is really hard. We’ve been trying for almost 5 years and lost 2 pregnancies.. I’m just scared to take one
