Sign of a food allergy?

Not sure what this is, but my little guys has had redness around his mouth since last Thursday. Doesn’t see sick and it’s not anywhere else.. could this be a good allergy? Only new foods in the last week were a baby food (pear, cinnamon and cereal mix) and avocado.

Looks like moisture/drool rash from teething. The foods you mentioned do not usually cause allergies.

My baby had some redness too; but that one spot next to his mouth, I had to ask pediatrician who prescribed an ointment (antibiotic); she said it was Bc of drool and it got super chapped and ended up getting bacteria in it, so I had to apply ointment for a few days, once a day and it went away.. he had this one particular mark that was there for like a month😳 and that’s when I called the pediatrician

Spices sometimes have an affect. So many the cinnamon.
