Which day do you count...?
(For purposes of this question, I am saying “positive opk” to mean that test line is equal to or darker than control line.)
So, question: do you assume that ovulation day is the day you first get a positive opk, or do you assume it’s the day after. Asking for counting purposes so I can count how many DPO I am. I think Glow assumes that positive opk = ovulation day, but it seems like it may really be a day later?
