After chemical pregnancy ...

I got a negative again from the doc office they did blood test for pregnancy..... but I really don’t understand how ?....because I have the symptoms it’s not even like it’s in my head or anything yesterday the whole day I felt nauseous..... I had to drink water to keep it down from throwing up . Because I had a chemical pregnancy ..pregnancy with light spotting( it wasn’t heavy it was light and short and no cramps no blood clots from the 8-12th of September and after that ....after the 12th no bleeding no nothing after that till now ....still no sign of my period nor cramps Nothing I made another gyn appointment to speak to my doctor but I’m so confused I have the symptoms what’s going on 🤷🏼‍♀️
