What is this? **TMI**

Hi! Sorry for the pictures. I’m 18 weeks pregnant and keep having this, I’ve been up MAU once before 2 weeks ago, and they said my cervix is closed and baby is fine. Since then I’ve been having this the past couple of days, I’ve rang MAU again and they don’t seem concerned and said to go up if it gets bright red like a cut, or if it comes out onto a pad, but it only comes out when I wipe? I’m worried that its maybe my mucus plug coming out early and my cervix isn’t closed anymore? Please help 😥😥😥
