Frequent Braxton Hicks and now back pain?
All day today baby has been super active. Like more so than usual. Starting about 6pm, I’ve been getting what I’m assuming are Braxton Hicks (belly tightening up and being able to feel exactly where my uterus is because it’s just so tight) super frequently. Like, every 10 minutes or less. I called a friend and she told me it could mean dehydration, so I’ve just been drinking plenty of water to see if it would stop. It seemed to help for a little bit, but it’s happening again, but closer together than 10 minutes and I’m having some lower back pain too. It feels like the cramps you get in your back when you’re on your period.
Forgot to mention, I’m almost 29 weeks. Is this normal? I’m a FTM so I’m probably overreacting 😩
