Staying with me because of the baby...

So me and my boyfriend have been together for 8 years. We have a now 4 month old daughter. I thought our relationship was okay until today. I mean, we had normal bickering and such but nothing serious, no clues of big trouble. Today he sat me down and told me he isnt happy. He went on to say he hates my personality, thinks I'm lazy because I'm a stay at home mom (even though he refuses to have our daughter in day care 🙄), has no chemistry with me anymore, and so on. I was kinda in shock so I didn't say much. I told him if he wasnt happy then we should probably end our relationship so we can find happiness elsewhere. He then told me no we will not be ending our relationship. He said he doesnt care about our feelings that we are now stuck together because of the baby. I told him that was ridiculous and not fair to me, him, or the baby to stay in a unhappy relationship and that I deserve to be with someone who loves/appreciates me. He then told me no, we are staying together because he doesnt trust me to raise our daughter on my own because he said my personality sucks, and he doesnt want her to be like me. 😔 I'm so sad. This legit came out of nowhere. And all he did was belittle me for an hour and he pointed out all my flaws. I couldnt even speak back I was so in shock. I dont even know what to do from here...
