Help pls

So I had sex yesterday with this guy. I had sex with him before but only once. It didn’t work out very well lol. But this time, like the next day which is today, I feel like a rash down there. It’s super itchy towards my vagina opening. I don’t know if it’s cause maybe if hands weren’t clean or if it has to do with him not being circumcised and maybe it wasn’t very clean? I really don’t know 😭 I used those vaginal cleaning towelettes right before so maybe that could be it too?
