Any ideas on what it can mean?

I got a call from my OB secretary and she told me the blood results came back I initially went because I wanted them to check if I had bile in gallbladder and she said I didn’t but she did mention I have a little high enzyme on my liver 🤭
What does this mean? She didn’t give me any further information she hung up so quick and now I have to wait until the 8th to ask my OB

Call back and ask for the doctor or nurse to explain the results to you.

Some women have elevated liver enzymes during pregnancy but if it’s super elevated it can mean the beginning of preeclampsia. I don’t think it’s severe because they would of scheduled you right in.

I am having issues with my liver.
It's a normal problem in pregnancy depending on the level. 
Mine is seriously high and pregnancy reason has been ruled out. 
It can be a sign of Hellp if pregnancy related.

You can call them back and ask for more of an explanation. However, my guess is that if she didn't say anything about it that it's not a concern at the moment.

Secretary's and medical assistants can only give you so much information. 
Like let's say I have to let a patient know about their iron levels. The provider I'm under will only put in the lab work notes for me to call the patient and tell them they're normal, or if they're low what kind of supplements they could get. That's it. I can't interpret the lab work, I can't give them any information. 
I would definitely call back and speak to a nurse. They have the proper education and credentials to give you better answers.
