My 5 year old sister has unknown liver failure

Just wondering if anyone has or had a liver transplant at a young age or even has a child that has gone through it. Just wanting to know how it all turned out, how long was the recovery and how long it took.

Some information on what's happened so far.

My sister is 5 years old and has a twin. In June when going to the hospital to check on both girls for their heart murmurs that had been found 6 months prior. It was discovered that Tahlia has englarged liver, spleen and pancreas after many blood tests, ultrasounds, MRI and even a biopsy of the liver still no idea of how it has happened. She is now going down hill and has to be flown to a different state. We live in Australia and Melbourne has the best hospital for the transplant and has her first appointment is in 12 days hopefully we find out a date for the transplant soon.

If you have any advice or information that would be very much appreciated.
