Itch down there

Is it possible to get an itch in the inside of your cooch after shaving? I normally get the itch from my bumhole to my cooch after shaving and it lasts for a good amount of days. I’m fairly certain it’s not an STD because I’ve been tested and have only been with one man, however, this test was taken long ago (probably February or March). He’s also 100% positive he has no disease because he claims he hasn’t been with anyone else but me. I’m freaking out when I probably shouldn’t be
