Help! Newborn pimple? Or something more serious?

I found this on my newborns arm yesterday. He’s got a bit of baby acne on his face... could this be a huge pimple also? Or should I head to the DR right away? He’s 1 month. What should I do?

Doesn’t look like normal baby acne to me, like the others I would suggest the doctors office. Just in case it’s something that could get worse. Goodluck!!❤️❤️

I think you should head to DR, I experienced the same with my daughter she was hospitalized for 1 week, your baby might need antibiotics. Hope it helps.
