Strangers questions

How do you answer questions from strangers? I’ve gotten a lot of “when are you due” questions and things like that but I also get a lot more intrusive questions like “did you conceive naturally or medicated?”, “Are you having a csection or going to deliver natural?” And “ oh your having boys, are you going to circumcise them”. I’m just shocked sometimes with how much information strangers want. I know it’ll probably just get worse when the boys are born but still it’s a lot...
