Ttc with thyroid problems!?

So I just received a call from my doctor that I have hypothyroidism and I’m starting medicine for it tomorrow. Does anyone else have this problem and if so have you had issues ttc. My husband and I have been trying for year with no luck please help!

Hypothyroidism can definitely affect your ability to conceive because it shortens the luteal phase. Levothyroxine will regulate your thyroid but it can take a while to figure out the right dosage for you. Fingers crossed it works for you :)

Hi Courtney I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism 5years ago. Myself an my Husband has been trying all of 6years ttc. It finally happen in June of this year. We weren’t trying after trying for so many years. I gave up and it happen but it all came to a end during mid  July. Had my D&C in August. Decided to try OPK testing etc for the first tome this month. Praying soon for my rainbow baby. What type of meds are they giving you? I’m on levothyroxine.
