Is this an early miscarriage?? Please help!

Hi all,
 Had heavy bleeding, three painful contractions, then this came out of me. Is this an early miscarriage?
Any advice or insight is greatly appreciated

If you were pregnant probably. If not it looks like a decidual cast ( lining of the uterus shedding all at once).

We’re you sure you were pregnant? This happened to me when I was 19 (on birth control not trying to be pregnant) and I went to the Er because I had no idea what was happening. It wasn’t a miscarriage and I wasn’t pregnant (they tested me and no hcg at all) it was the lining of my uterus coming out in one chunk. It’s called a decidual cast. If you are concerned you can go to the ER and pathology can test for products of conception and have your blood tested for hcg. If you were pregnant there should still be signs of it. Best of luck.
