Is baby coming soon??

I’m 33 wks high risk pregnancy and I have placenta previa and the other day a dog jumped on my lower stomach (I work at a dog daycare) and it caused me to bleed red for a bit, it later stopped and I’ve been spotting brown since. My doctor doesn’t seem all too worried since I wasn’t having contractions, I dont know what contractions feel like. Yesterday I think my mucus plus came out and I’ve been having intense cramping and pressure all day today. I told my OB about the mucus plug possibly coming out, they aren’t worried since I’m not bleeding red. I’m going to get a csection around 37 weeks. Not sure if I should be concerned or not.
