Ttc for 2 years 15 days late..spotting... negative test

Hey just after some info please.

I am 35 now

I’ve got a 4 year old girl and we’ve been trying to conceive for 2 years now.

I had a ectopic when she was 4 months and they removed right tube.

I am now 15 days late and been spotting very lightly since the 2nd October, did a pregnancy test last week and it was negative also had a normal scan to start clomid on Thursday but couldn’t start it yet as I have a follicle which would get aggravated by clomid so have been told to go back on the 13th.

Has anyone had this?

Or has anyone got any info please thanks
