Breast milk
My milk supply has been great all the way up until the last month or so. Im barely making enough to keep up with her and we are flying through my frozen supply while she is at her grandmas. I’m just wondering if anyone has any ways to pump my supply back up. Nothing has changed. I drank pretty much just water and Gatorade. Send help please. Formula is expensive 😬
