IUGR diagnoses

I was diagnosed with IUGR ( Intrauterine Growth Restriction) yesterday at 32 weeks. Baby is only measuring 3ish lbs give or take. My amniotic fluid is on the lower side but still considered within the “normal” range. I will be getting a steroid shot to help develop baby’s lungs in case she comes early. Which she will. My first child had IUGR and was taken by emergency c section at 36 weeks he only weighed 4 lbs 2 oz. they said if my fluid drops or the blood flow from the umbilical cord decreases they will take her out via c section at that time. I now have to get weekly ultrasounds, and NST’s twice a week until she comes. I’m so scared. They can’t tell me why I have this or what caused it. I’m trying my best to not stress out but it’s really difficult. I have to plan for a preemie baby. High calorie formula on top of breast milk, preemie diapers, and clothes. It’s so much more stressful knowing we are going to go through this again. It was terrifying the first time with my son and now I know what’s to come and what could happen. I pray everyday for this sweet baby girl and I pray she is healthy. Ladies have any of you had this with any of your pregnancies ? I would love to hear your stories. ❤️
