Burning while urinating.. normal?!

My son is 13 days old, since I’ve had him I’ve had burning with urination. I did have a superficial tear by my urethra, just wondering if this is normal or if I should go see a doctor for possible UTI?

Might want to ask your dr. Could be from tear but you might want to make sure

I’m having the same issue at times, I try leaning to one side more while I’m using the bathroom, and I still am using the squirt bottle and that seems to help it be less painful.. my midwife said it’s just from the tears and stitches..

As odd as this sounds try leaning forward and like grabbing your ankles. I had a small tear and the urine hitting it cause the burn feeling but leaning forward helped so much

I had burning while urinating I went back to emerg and they found out I had uti and kidney stone. Go get checked.

Go see a Dr for a uti, uti's are normal when you just gave birth I was told that by my Dr when I had given birth & I indeed had a uti.
