Salty bitch over here...
So, I have noticed that I am really just consuming more sodium than I ought to be. (Hence my fat ankles at 15 week 3 days.) I have been craving Chinese food and Flaming Hot Cheetos... which has always been a severe weakness of mine. I will seriously get pissed off and binge on them the longer I go without. Does anyone else suffer from these cravings? What can I do to curb them??
